Arrest made by using “Find my iPhone”. Two employees had their phones stolen while at work in Richardson on 01/09/12. A suspicious person visited the office building and after he left, the phones were discovered missing. Officers responded and with the employee’s help using the location software, the phone was tracked to the suspect’s vehicle at a nearby hotel. Both phones were recovered and the suspect arrested. Consider using location apps on your mobile devices if available. It could prove to a very valuable tool to catch a criminal.
